Seniors fill jobs Hole!

A Victorian restaurant has solved its staffing issues by employing more seniors.. with the oldest team member now aged 76! Barry Idles is the owner of 360Q. And he says the retirees do a range of jobs and are especially needed at functions. 

With their party days behind them, Barry says they're very reliable. And now he's encouraging other businesses to target baby boomers to fill vacant roles.
