Returning international students will be allowed to enter Western Australia from other Australian states if they are in Australia by 12.01am Saturday 5 February 2022 and agree to self-quarantine in WA for 7 days in suitable premises.
To be eligible, returning students must:
- Have an approved G2G Pass under the new exemption criteria
- Be triple dose vaccinated with an approved vaccine, if eligible (or double dose vaccinated if not eligible for a third dose);
- Provide proof of a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) within 24 hours before departure;
- Undertake 7 days of self-quarantine at a suitable premise in WA, with the same requirements for household members at the self-quarantine premises;
- Undertake a PCR or RAT on Day 1, and then return a negative RAT on Day 7 to end their self-quarantine period;
- Subject to mandatory use of the G2GNow app and in-person checks by WA Police as required;
- Comply with testing requirements in the Australian State that they arrive in internationally prior to entering Western Australia
