 Do you remember Fax Machines?

I remember being amazed at the fax machine... I used it to market - having 10 going simultaneously... and considering them a cash machine.

I was the biggest sender of fax messages in Australia - apparenly there was a public servant in Canberra who monitored it and the biggest number of complaints was against me.

A dedicated fax machine?? I haven't seen one for years... a dedicted fax number?? That is a thing of the past... isn't it?

We were supposed to have 4 million people vaccinated by the end of March - well we got less than 1 million done before the Government said there are problems with vaccine.

AFL Madness

Today the radio is buzzing with Eddie McGuire's brain fart of adding 2 teams to make the AFL a 20 team competition. My thoughts are that the USA has 350 million people and doesn't have 20 teams... Australia has 25 million and 20 is too many.

Football? Car crashes?

Easter Long weekend? Here in WA, we have mixed feelings fo Football - the Eagles won beating flag favourites Port Adelaide easily but the Dockers, having started well, but ended up loosing badly to Carlton. that means 50/50 happy in Perh!

Listening to the Radio, they are talking about road crashes on Indian Ocean Highway which resulted in a death..... so the debate slips into hyper drive, about roads or drivers!

Arachnids on your face?

When I hear the word arachinds I am disgusted - spiders! Well apparently we have thousands of facemites arachinds on our face in our pores [facemites] that livwe happily due to our ignorance.

I know this because I have been listening to Mike Carruthers's podcast "somehting you should know" and they talked about facemites - like little spiders [ face mite ] that liove in the pores of our face.

Now you know = YUK!

Cruising Europe

 A few years ago, I was on a cruise from Amstradam to Budapest - it was the best 2 weeks hoilday I have experience - it was eye watering expensive but included everything... and nothing was a problem. That is the advantage of APT Tours - expensive but inclusive.

Flu Shot?

With all the Hoo Haa about ovid-19 what about the annual flu shot? That is where I am headed this morning... Last year it was a long wait but I made my booking yesterday and they said "The ealierest is tomorrow at 9.45am" so that is where I am going.

Age [too many years] has some advantages - I am not old enough for the covid-19 but just the right age for the flu... I visit an Uncle in an age care place and they actually check that the certificate is current.
