If you want to activate your thinking whilst on your morning walk, my recommendation is to listen to Cal Fusman's podcast Big Question. I use pocketcast app [ a paid one ] because I can increase the speed but you could use Apple's free option [ I am sure Google also have a free option]
Today he interviews John Livesay a salesman who talks about the value of Storytelling. It inspired me to get the audible book - great stuff and my mind is on fire.
