The computers effect on jobs...
With the introduction of the personal computer in the 1960's and then, after it, the Internet in the 1980's, and now, mobile-phone-based computing and smartphones in 2000 the tally of jobs that disappeared. , For example, we didn’t need as many typists. we didn’t need as many office-machine manufacturers or secretaries that used to take dictations of memos from executives, using shorthand, then typing them up. All these jobs disappeared as we switched to the personal computer.
And of course, fewer people have jobs.... dough!
