In his book Second to None Dr Ian Brooks says “ Successful businesses are the result of staff working together as teams to operate efficient processes to make their customers successful. It is the job of management to create the environment where this can happen.” He also says “ Give your customers solution to those problems they would really like you to solve but cannot reasonably expect that you will.
