Thanks a Million

In a world full of superfluous verbiage. it's heartening to note that with two simple words, you can increase your sales, maybe even significantly. What are those two words? Thank You. Why are thank you notes so effective? They not only show good manners - something sadly lacking these days - but also personalise the impersonal. In a high tech world where many people spend more of the business day with computers than each other, such small gestures are memorable.
